Can Light Vaginal Bleed Signify Pregnancy?

hi. i have been experiencing light vaginal bleeding for the past two months a day or two after my periods. i have done a home pregnancy test but it came out negative, what could possibly be wrong? do i need to keep testing? the last time i had unprotected sex was two months ago! please advise, thanks.

Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
If you had unprotected coitus 2 months ago and then later you had regular menstrual periods then you are not pregnant now unless you are sexually active. minimal spotting after period is normal. if it dosent resolve consult your obgyn for a pap smear and pelvic infection screen.
