Can Lifting Heavy Objects Cause Vaginal Bleeding?
Hi, my period is usually regular. I was recently told by a medical doctor that I have pcos. I did a scan which confirmed it. At the time of the scan, I was ovulating but my period still was 11 days late. On the 11th day,I lifted some heavy things. My period came a few hours later. I had no pain. I am just curious to know if lifting heavy things can cause period.

no lifting heavy objects doesn't cause bleeding. it could just be a coincidence to your delayed period
