Can Laser Treatment For Facial Hair Removal Be Done While On Oral Contraceptives?

hi, I am taking oral contraceptive for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome. However because of the symptom such as excessive facial hair I am under going laser hair removal on my face. My question is am I still able to under go the laser treatment if I am on the pill as I have read that it is advised not to go under UV light and sunbeds so is laser light also dis-encouraged?
