Can kidney stones cause urinary incontinence?

I think I passed a kidney stone on Friday. It was very painful and then the pain migrated and stopped, And now I have the constant urge to urinate. It is not painful to go but the urge is almost unbearable. Just now I also started having pain in my left side again.

I think you may be suffering an infection of urinary tract. It doesn't cause incontinence.
Do an uroculture.
You may need antibiotics.

Hello My husband has kidney stones - but his primary physician felt they were too small to be a real problem and they will be passed in urination. After a few weeks, the pain got worse and there has been quite a bit of urinary incontinence. We have a appt with a urologist for the 4th of October but there is so much pressure and pain - 1300 mg Tylenol has not effect. I will see Monday if we can get the appt moved to next week but he cannot get comfortable - lying down, lay on his side, sitting, standing - and he has become bloated. His stomach is upset - Is there a short term solution you can advise to relieve some of the pain. He has had to change his underwear 8 times today - due to leaking - there is discharge as well. Any advise. He resists going to the Emergency Room - (due to cost).
