Can Itchy Vagina And Anus With Red Bumps And Discharge Mean STD?

I have been experiencing some itchiness in the vaginal and anal area, followed by discharge similar to that of a yeast infection and tiny red bumps that are both painless and not itchy. I recently became sexually active and used a condom. Could it be an STD?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A history of itchiness in vaginal and anal region accompanied by discharge suggests a reproductive tract infection (RTI).
Clinical assessment as well as examination of the discharge is required to look for evidence of infection in the discharge.
Yeast/ fungal infection presents as itchiness and white curdy discharge and thus this could be due to yeast infection.
Yeast/ fungal infection is not a sexually transmitted disease (STD) however, it can transmit via sexual route.
Thus, barrier method of contraception should be used till the infection is fully treated.

Thanks and take care
