Can Irregular Period Be A Side Effects Of Tetralysal ?

Hi, I have been taking tetralysal for 3 months now, last month i seem to have missed my period, which is highly unusual as mine is very regular, I know I'm not pregnant because I'm not sexually active.....can this be caused by tetralysal or is there something else i should be worried about?

Tetracyclie does not have any side effect on period,there may be some other cause.
Consult gynaec and get investigated.
