Can Insertion Of Birth Control Cause Pain In Shoulder And Upper Arm?
I am on my third month on implanon, i noticed pain in my shoulder and upper arm since the insertion, sometimes it hurts when i lift my arm, other times when I walk. I never had pain like this before. Is this serious? I haven't read any other women with the same problem. Is it the birth control or me?

Hello,
It usually didn’t hurt except for the site of insertion for few days. Yet, if it is hurting you have check-up and removal. There may be an allergic reaction.
