Can Inhaling Smoke In Pregnancy Cause Harm To The Baby ?
Yesterday there was a big roof fire in a building next to my office (c. 100 yards away). We didn t open any windows, and the air condition was shut down but we could still smell some smoke in the office. After a couple of hours I requested to leave work and work from home as I am 29 weeks pregnant and I was concerned that the smoke could be harmful even though it was faint. Today my throat is a little scratchy, but I didn t have to cough or anything like that. Should I be worried for my baby?
most probably, there is nothing to worry.
