HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, as long as the idiopathic cardiac myopathy is concern this can not be cured but with the medical treatment complications can be well avoided and patient can survive up to normal life span, regular follow up is necessary, there is no way in alternative medicines, bed rest is important, no stress either physically or mentally, periodic cardiac tests are very important, hope this information helps, take care.
