Can I Use Rantac For Gas Problems ?

From last 2 months i am having some pains below chest pains above stomach and below armpits.So can i use rantac for this.i am 28 yrs old dont have any health problems till now.

You can use but you should visit your Physician before using.Please get examined and then gt the appropriate prescription.
You probably have dyspepsia or gastritis , but physical examination is needed to rule out other causes.
