Hello, i am Pradeep mainali from nepal, age 24.I have hypothyroidism. but, it is now in normal range though i am still taking medicines. i have moderate thin hair with wide forehead(because of hairloss). i was suggested to use minokem 5% (1 ml before i go to bed) and some multivitamins(which i do not remember the name anymore).i experienced very nice growth of hair after few months of use and then i stopped using it. Now my hair pattern is back to the same phase. Can i start using minokem 5% again ? do i need to take other medicines with it?
You seem to suffer from androgenetic alopecia. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply minoxidil 5% solution twice a day. Cleanse the scalp with ketoconazole shampoo. Tab Finesteride 1 mg daily and tab biotin 10 mg thrice a day may be considered.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
