Can I Take Restyl For Sound Sleep If Suffering From Stress?
I am 30 years and have been under severe stress for almost a week. I feel like just getting into a dark hole and staying there until I am strong enough to face the current issues in my life. Unfortunately due to lack of sleep, I have started taking half tablet of 0.25 MG RESTLY daily before sleeping. Please tell me if i continue this dosage for say 3-4 more days, how much damage would the tablets cause? I am otherwise a healthy person without any history of Diabetes or Hypertension. I just have severe Spondilytis for which I only apply ointment. Thanks, MJ
You can take benzodiazepine on sos basis. It would help you getting sound sleep. If you want to take restyl(clonazepam), you can take it. At 0.25mg, it would not cause any damage. You can take it after psychiatrist or physician consultation, that would help you to control the dose. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
Thanks
