It is advisable to take a course of Ciplox-TZ tablet for your tooth ache as it contains broad spectrum antibiotic Ciprofloxacin with antibiotic effective against gram-negative bacteria namely tinidazole. Azhithromycin is also an antibiotic, which is preferred to be used during respiratory infections. Kindly continue with analgesic medication what you are taking. Maintain good oral hygiene by doing salt water gargling along with mouth wash using chlorhexidine solution. Kindly consult Dentist for appropriate evaluation and management of the same.
