Hello..

GMS diet very well addresses to the metabolic reactions inside and help strongly you really restoring the balance inside and gives you a good feeling. Well.. you should be able to hold your craving as any other chemical substances could interact within this biochemical chain reaction and disturb the pattern in which it has to act. P{racticing Control can lead you to sustainance and definitely bring down the urges..
MArijuana is a highly toxic drug which could damage lots of tissues inside you. So try to overcome this addiction by just deciding strongly to quit..

Hi, I had an endoscopy this am and I am wondering if it’s ok to smoke weed now. It helps with nausea and it would be helpful if I could. I feel fine other than that. I understand the anesthesia may intensify the weed but I have no plans of leaving bed. Thanks in advance!

I am 20, 5 7 175 lbs. I had pnemonia on the dates through sept 15 - about the sept 23 I was on levaquil. On sept 27 I got chest X-ray which showed I was pneumonia free, but major pain and low grade fever still occurred. I went to the ER the same day and they diagnosed me with pleuritis. I was on predinisone for 9 days. But mild pain still continued. I went to the dr on October 9, they took ekg, and sonogram and diagnosed me with a medium pericarditis. I went to a pulmonologist on October 16 and they said my plueritic was gone, and to take ibuprofen for a week. I also went to the cardiologist on October 16, I took another ekg and sonogram which he said the medium pericarditis is now smaller than last week and to just take ibuprofen twice a day.I was a smoker of both cigarettes and pot.I am no longer going to smoke cigarettes. But still plan on smoking pot.Is it safe to do or is it going to cause a heart attack or a reacurrance of this situation?

i smoke marijuana and have for years and never had problems before now and when i smoke my head hurts on top and back and sumtimes my head feels numb on the top of my head and it feels like pressure and sum times it feels like my breathing is shallow and this activates a panic attack that gets my heart beating faster witch makes it all worse. but if i simply get up and move around and do sumthing it goes away all except the headaches.. i had asthma bad as kid and over the years it has almost gone away but when i feel like my breathing is shallow it scares me into a panic. i dont know if this is anxiety or a sinus infection, or worse im mostly woried about the numbness feeling on the top of my head and the shallow breath sumtimes it feekls like im breathing but im not getting anything from it sumtimes it feels like im breathing down the wrong pipe as crazy as that might sound ive never experianced this feeling even with all my years of having bad asthma its almost like my lungs are not opening sumtimes and sumtimes i panic cuz i think if im not getting enofe air in my lungs that might caught the numbess and pain in my head but what i dont understand is sumtimes it happens when i havent smoked in a few days the first day of not smoking im fine no symptoms but after a few days my head hurts and sumtimes i get shallow breath feeling and if i smoke after a few days the first time i smoke i have no symtoms its not untill the 2nd or third time i smoke the symtoms come back damned if i do damned if i dont if anyone has any infromation or ideas on whats wrong with me please share im planning on going to doctor. i got no insurance since i got laid off cant really aford a doctor right now so im not smoking anymore unless the symtoms continue when i stop for a long period of time cuz if it doesnt stop it must not be the smoke

I am having acute right upper quadrant pain. It woke me up about an hour and a half ago. I am trying to decide if I need to go to the ER or not. I had gastric banding in July of this year but have never had any problems. Feel just slightly queasy.

Hello, I am 40, male, non-smoker, 6ft tall and weighing 194lbs. I ve been losing weight for the past 5 months. In March I went to my cardiologist to have my heart checked. Since then I am on Lisinopril 20mg to control my bloodpressure. All the tests were fine. At the time of my doctors visit I was weighing 230lbs. So I dropped around 36 pounds in 5 months. Is that normal? Also, it doesn t stop. I keep losing weight. I changed my diet a little bit, but nothing radical though. Less soft drinks and deep fried food, other than that I have decent lunch and dinner. I don t have any pain or loss of appetite. My bowel movement is normal and stool color is light-brown to brown. Could Lisinopril be the cause of my weight loss? Also, I have anxiety and get very nervous with the slidest pain. Could anxiety also be a cause? Your thoughts and comments are more than welcome. Many thanks Michael

I am 74 y/o male who's been losing weight over the past 3 months. Total weight loss has been 3 kilos for 3 months. I have been constipated and my bowel movements have been irregular but my appetite has never changed and I still eat pretty well. I don't have any abdominal complaints. What could be causing this? I also eat fiber-rich foods but to no avail, I'm still constipated.
