what are the symptoms for hypertension? I donated blood on Saturday and was told my blood pressure was 176 over 93. I normally have low bp 90/60 so I was a little stunned. today I took my pressure (with a portable machine) and it was 178/107 and 202/100 (I took it in my left arm first and then my right arm.
my son is 9. he has portal vein hypertension blocking outside and inside the liver. he has an enlarged spleen and platelets in the 60s. due to the severe nature of the blockage he is not a candidate for TIPS or splenatic shutning. I am taking Paxidep cr 25 from the past 2.5 months as I was suffering from Anxiety neurosis. Initially it was for 2 months and then after 1 tablet a day alternatively. On 2nd sept 2011 i finished with my 2 months regular schedule of taking the tablet after that I was taking it alternatively till today however I think I am developing withdrawal symptoms of this tablet. hello dotor,im 28 years old and i have a kind of stuttering problem. when i talk with any one in phone or sometimes in direct, suddenly i get stuttering and i feel unable to communicate with dem, i cannot able to speak den for few seconds and minutes. i try to find the easy way to speak, instead of what i actually thought to speak. at same time my voice gets slow and my heart beats gets increased and i feel very tensed. i got this problem since my childhood and i have developed stage fear since childhood. how can i over come my problem
