You may have sex but first your contacts - Your wife mst have prophylaxis for TB. And plz care should be taken to have protected sex.

Tb is not a sexually transmitted disease, so sex is no issue. But TB definitely spreads from nasal aerosols and cough.It is advisable to take proper prophylaxis for TB , for ur partner, before planning sex.
