Can I Conceive Post Partial Saplingectomy On Both Fallopian Tubes?

I have hade two partial saplingectomy done on both tubes due to two different ectopic pregnancy. One on my right tube in 2010 and one on my left tube April of 2014. My question is can I still conceive natually, the surgon said he was not sure after the sugery on the left tube he said that it was close to the uterus. He stated that he had to remove a very small piece of my left tube and that the right tube look equal to the left, he also said that he was not sure if the tube wiil reopen. I will like to have another child.

No, there is no surity that tube will reopen.

But you can conceive by the method of artificial insemination. This method will help you to conceive.

In this method ovum will be fertilzed by your husbands semen in-vitro and will be transfered to the womb at appropriate development stage.

The pregnancy will be continued there after.

Ovum is going to lay down at the time of ovulation on distal fallopian tube as you have cut it down there is very minimal chance that you can be pregnant.
