Can I Combine Warfarin, Sertraline, Levetiracetam And Antidepressants Together?

I have been prescribed methylphenidate 5 mg twice a day. I am also on warfarin and sertraline. I am worried about combining these drugs. I have been on antidepressants for 40 years and also take levetiracetam for seizures. I am concerned with taking all of these.

Hi,

Thanks for your query on HCM

I do understand your concern

“As” per your health history is concerned please discuss with your treating doctor to use alternative of [warfarin] because it has interaction with antidepressant.

Hope that helps
