Can I Change Immobilizer To Allow Bending After Undergoing Knee Surgery?

Question about knee. I had knee surgery (meniscus repair and plica removal) a week ago. I can bend my leg fully as diagnosed by my doctor. I was wondering if I am allowed to change my immobilizer to allow me to bend? If so what degree should I set it to?

Hello,
You should not bend or walk without consulting your doctor.
Sequential walking and weight bearing will be better for full recovery. Physiotherapy can help to attain full range of movements.
Consult a physiatrist and he will direct you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
