Hairfall can be due to many reasons like telogen effluvium;deficiencies of multivitamins;minerals;anaemia;dandruff;alopecia areata;in males it can also be androgenic hairloss which is common.Even premature greying is a sign of deficiency.Please consult a Dermatologist to evaluate the cause of hairfall.Once the cause is identified it can be treated accordingly.Till you consult a Dermatologist you can start on some multivitamins and do regular oiling and shampooing.

There are lot of causes of hair loss like iron deficiency ,hormonal,thyroid,genetic hair loss,zn & copper def etc.A complete work up is necessary.The most common type of hair loss in males is androgentic alopecia or male pattern hair loss.The second most common cause is telogen effluvium,which is because of any stressful condition or any chronic illness .
The best of the medicine would be finestride ,topical minoxidil,biotin etc.Along with that the latest is the use of low level lasers which are directly passed on to the scalp.This needs to be given for atlest 2 months along with medical therapy.Take plenty of water,high protein diet,green leafy veg,sprouts ,rajma,yellow daal for your diet.Take good sleep aswell.I also do micro follicular hair transplantation in such cases if needed.

For premature graying of hair you can take tab calcium patothenate daily for long.
