Can i abort a 2 months pregnancy by pill ?

I am pergnant.... I Have Missed my Periods Twice My Last Period was on April & Want to Abort the Child through Pills .... Can I Do It....

wats ur last date of menstruation started in april? if it is less than 40 days u can take pills with prescription of doctor since it requires proper dosage, if its more than 40 days ur have to undergo MTP.

If you are pregnant and need to get a medical abortion done you will have to consult a Gynaec for examination and further advice regarding abortion.Normally abortion with pills can be done upto 6 and max 8 weeks of pregnancy after that not with pills.Consult a Gynaec in person and get advice.
