Can I Able To Reduce The Medications After Successful Cardioversion?

I have just had my second Cardioversion fail (3 months apart). After the first fail I was put on Amiodarone 200mg. I also take Nebilet, Eliquis, Spironolactane, and Coversyl, for Cardiomyopathy. My last echo showed ejection fraction 50% with mild left ventricle dilation. The combination of drugs is causing me significant fatigue - I was hoping that after successful Cardioversion I would be able to reduce the drugs I am on due to the good results of my last echo. What is the most likely next step? Thanks!

Hello good question .. immediately may not but on long term follow up like 6 month if rhythm persist and no problem for your heart rate then may consider to reduce the dose... Take care..
