U need to check up your thyroid status regularly, and maintain euthyroid level(normal thyroid level), get thyroid hormone prescription from your doctor. siphene contains clomiphene citrate, it causes ovulation in pcod patients and thus regularize the cycle. infertility in pcod is due to lack of ovulation hence this drug is useful. follow ur doctors advice, take prescribed medications, u will conceive, dont worry... if this cycle didnt yield u the result then follow the same thing for next cycle but consult ur doctor before this.. take care..bye....
