Can Hyperthyroidism Affect Pregnancy?

Hello,For the last week I have had an extremely distended abdomen as well as nausea. I look and feel pregnant and have taken four over the counter pregnancy tests, (EPT) all giving a negative result. I have hyperthyroidism, will this affect my pregnancy test? If not, what else could be causing such syptoms?

Hyperthyrodism won't affect your pregnancy tests. The symptoms could be due to gastritis or urinary infection.
