Hello, I would like to know if hormonal imbalances can cause nosebleeds. I am not pregnant or on menopause but I have irregular menstrual bleeding: it is a long cycle, spot during cycles and I have had frequent nosebleeds, almost daily for over a year. I have done a CT-scan of the face and no issues with my nose.
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your hormonal imbalance may leads to node bleeding or it can be due to some coagulation disorder. You should go for gynecological examination and ultrasounduterus and ovary. If needed take for hormonal treatment. It will improve your menstrual disorders as well as nose bleeding both. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
