When this has opened up my physician recommended to take Diapride 2 mg 2-0-2 and Insugen 40 iu ml injection of 20 ml to be taken before bed time. My sugar level is around 160 level I do good physical exercise and feel fit. I ride scooter and move like a normal person I am taking Amtas 5 mg for my Blood Pressure in night with 75mg Ecosprin. Hello, Your sugar levels are perfectly in order at the moment and hence the treatment should not be changed. You may try bitter gourd in addition but this initself would be insufficient to control your blood sugar levels. The moment you stop your injectable insulin, your blood sugar levels are going to get haywire and eventually you would have to start injectable insulin again. There is no problem and harm in getting the injectable insulin. In fact giving insulin to a diabetic is the best treatment. Thanks
