Can high blood pressure cause sinus tachycardia ?

Can high blood pressure caused by stress result in a constant sinus tachycardia? Or is it the other way round? In April I was diagnosed with Sinus Tachycardia with a very high blood pressure. I am on beta blockers now but it doesn t always work, my blood pressure can fluctuate but my heart rate can still race. I also get anxiety alongside some Chronic Fatigue like symptoms (tingling, pins and needles, visual probs, muscle pain etc) Also, can constant anxiety cause chronic sinus tachycardia? (I ve been tested blood wise and they only conclusion the doctor has is either chronic faituge syndrome or anxiety or both)

I get severe shortness of breath, dizziness, and shaky during showering and I don t know if it s related to blood pressure changes or heart issues. I just showered and had to sit down in the middle of washing my hair because i felt as if i would faint otherwise. I had a history of sinus tachycardia that i was on atenolol for three years ago that was caused by anorexia nervosa but i spent a year in eating disorder treatment, gained weight, and it got better on its own so my cardiologist took me off the meds and said i no longer need to see him. I checked my heart rate as i was just sitting on the floor of my shower and my heart was racing faster than i could count. Could sinus tachycardia be coming back even though I m much healthier and medically stable now? My bp is always normal when i get it checked now and my average resting heart rate can generally range anywhere from 70-100bpm. I m 30 years old.

I have been dx with high blood pressure, high cholesterol , hypothyroid , lupus ,most recent lymes disease. As of April I have been experiencing lightheaded, dizziness arm,leg weakness (feeling like rubber bands then become very heavy and arms and hand turn pale then very dark blue). My whole body becomes pale. This is a daily occupancy that last for hours. I ve been to ENT, found no problem. Also went to cardiologist who has said that there was a small trace of sinus tachycardia . He did not say what to do or to come back for a visit. Can you help me out? Also have raynauds.

i m a clinical social worker. 14 year old client has micradenoma on or near pituitary gland. Some hormone levels were elevated but she was examined by neurologist and no surgery necessary they say. Has all kinds of symptoms -- racing thoughts, visual hallucinations at times, out of control anxiety, rage outbursts, trouble reasoning and little access to insight, preoccupied about her body and somatic complaints, defiance. However she doesn t really seem bipolar or schizophrenic, though she was Dx d bipolar. I don t think it looks psychiatric, it seems so odd and doesn t add up to any one Dx. Neurologists told parents the tumor had nothing to do wiht any of this, what do you think??
