Hi,my name is Gauri Awasthi.my height is 4:11 I m seriously tens with this plzzz help what could i do i hv tried some medicines but they are of no use yet.....My age is 19.what should i do??? Should i try amway product or what..??? Plz help me m so depressed

Yes, height can be increased till the age of 21, please have a diet rich in protein and calcium and also please do a lot of pull-ups in the gym this should help.
