Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,

Your mother is suffering from hyperthyroidism. You should consult a physician or endocrinologist immediately. The doctor will do additional tests like ultrasound neck and technitium uptake scan before starting on medicines.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
