Can Headache Be Caused Due To Blood Clot After Hitting My Head?

i was at a party last week and fell back when iw as running with my heals and hit my head on concrete really hard...im really scared that i have a blood clot or internal bleeding i dont have a headache or anything but can i still have a blood clot without signs? im so scared

You don't need to be scared since you are not having any symptoms. A brain scan can be done but is pointless in doing in healthy symptomatic individuals. If there is any injury inside, it usually results in acute symptoms. Since you are fine, there is no need to worry.
