Can Headache And Dizziness Be Also Symptoms Of Whiplash?

I was in a car wreck 3 weeks ago and diagnosed with whiplash. Today I have had a headache all day (which I have had since the wreck) but also I have been getting dizzy, especially if I bend my head to the right. This is new for me, could this be a new symptom from the whiplash?
