Hi,

Gynecomastia could be because of hormonal imbalance or side effect of some medications, drugs and sometimes liver diseases. The best way is to consult your physician who can get your hormonal assay and if you are using any medications please stop and discuss with your doctor. Locally used, 'bangh' and 'hasheesh' are also notorious for it. Regular training with weight bearing exercises will slowly make an impact.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
