Can Granuloma In Testicle Cause Difficulty In Sitting Postures?
i have a mild pain in groin area and sometimes i feel discomfort sitting in certain position for a long time. I have had a ultrasonogram. it said that both the testicle are normal in size, spermatic cords are normal, but a granuloma found in the epidydmial head of left testicle. i need suggestion.

This all depends upon your age / marital status, whether you have completed family ( children).
If your family is complete , you have to go for Biopsy of the granuloma to see whether this is Tuberculosis or something else.
Other wise you have to go for ultrasonography guided FNAC.
This may cause a pain in the groin and discomfort too.
