Can Glyco 6 Be Used For Acne On Face Without Skin Getting Dry?

i have oily skin..and have big size pus filled acne on my chin side ...my dermatologist suggest me saslic face wash, isotroin20 and deriva ms gel..but it make my skin a little dry...plz suggest me a good cream that will help to reduce this problem...can i use glyco6 durinr this treatment???

Welcome to healthcare magic.
Isotroin and deriva ms will both make your skin dry. It is a well known side effect of the 2 drugs. Glyco 6 will not help to treat this dryness.
You could use deriva ms gel only for 2 hours in the evening and wash it off instead of keeping it overnight.
Use a lotion or gel based moisturizer meant for acne prone skin twice a day.
Instead of saslic face was which will again dry your skin, you can use cetaphil OS cleansing lotion.
These will help your dryness problem.
