Can Gluthathione Be Given Along With Vit B12 And Encephabol For A Child With Autism?

my son is 2 yrs and 10 mnths old and was diagnosed with autism about 6 months ago. we started giving him vit b12 and encephabol about a month ago which was prescribed by his PD.i am yet to notice any changes.he is still quite hyperactive and is still yet to say a word.though he does sing(albeit inaudibly) and babble a lot.is there anything else we can do to improve his condition.I've heard of a drug called gluthathione. would that help if administered alongside the others

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

It is not always advisable to try new drug without proper assessment by Pediatrician or Pediatric Neurologist.
I would suggest reassesment of his milestones from child development clinic and further things can only be planned after it.
In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
