Can Friction On Penis Cause Dark Spots On Glans Of My Penis?
I have developed some small dark spots on the glans of my penis. It started about 6 months ago and they vary in their visibility, usually more dark and noticeable after sex/masturbation. I did have chlamydia several months ago but was treated for it and was tested after and found to be clean again, so would be confused if it was still to do with that. I have been having a lot of sex recently in a new relationship so was wondering if it was due to extra friction on my penis. Could I have any help in figuring what has caused them?
