Hi, roughly a year ago I suffered from crippling headaches due to an Iron deficiency, I have been on and off a supplement to help and an finally back to good levels. The Dr I was seeing changed my contraception from the Levlen Ed to the mini pill, basically for the last 3 months I have had my period 4-5 days on 2-3 days off, I have been getting the same headaches the past few days, could having my period so often be contributing to me lapsing in to low iron levels again?
