Can Food Poisoning Cause Diarrhea, Nausea And Dry Heaving?

I ate chinese food (general cho's chicken with pork rice) yesterday afternoon. As soon as I opened my eyes this morning I had to run to the bathroom. I have had many bm's during the day, some diarrhea some soft tools. Also, had some vomiting with dry heaving, chills and fatigue, no headache though. I was wondering if this was food poisoning? The diarrhea has eased but I still feel nauseated.
