Can Flu Be The Reason For Blood In Stools, Back Pain, Stomach Upset And Vomiting Sensation?

I am having lower back pain, feeling as if I'm going to vomit (I have not vomited tho) and just sick in my stomack, and my poop has blood in it, and I'm sick with the flu I think. I'm only 16 and every nervous about this but I'm out of state with my sister not sure if I should wait till I get home to see a doctor or not, feels as if it's only getting worse. What should I do

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms of nausea, vomiting and blood in stools suggest a gastro-intestinal infection.
Pre-existing flu suggests that the infection has involved the gastro-intestinal tract.
Blood in stools occurs in various bacterial and viral infection.
The first step is stool examination- routine and microscopy.
bacterial or protozoal infection will be detected on microscopic examination.
Consult your physician for clinical examination, prescription of investigations and treatment.
Viral infections usually clear spontaneously but other infections have to be ruled out.
