Can Fetol Help Prevent Hair Loss And Hair Problmes When Ferritin Level Is 11.90?

Hi, I am suffering from Hair Fall and no new hair generation problem, I had very thick hair until the age of 13-14, now am 26 and have very bad hair. Highly prone to Split ends too, curly in nature, I am taking Fefol tables since 15 days, are they really helpful? my Ferritin level is 11.90
