General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You may have pain due to cholecystokinin, which is an infection of the gall bladder, as you have mentioned that you have gall stones. I would suggest repeating the ultrasound after overnight fasting and consulting your surgeon about a cholecystectomy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Gunjan Mishra, General Surgeon
