My Son is having fever from 2 days. He is having cough too. The Doctor told that its viral and prescribed Ibugesic Plus and Matrix for fever and cold. Today morning, when he woke up. His eyes seems to be swallowed and small, but not red and not watering. Is it due to fever?

Hello
It seems from the history that your son is having fever from 2 days and he has developed swelling of the eye lids.
In viral fever it is common to find associated eye infections because of the same virus, hence this may be responsible for swelling of the eye lids.
Along with the treatment for fever as advised by your doctor you can use antibiotic eye drops for eye problem.

Thank you
