Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Dear infections of any kind may result in night sweats. For example, catching the flu will most likely cause high fever and excessive night sweating because the immune system is raising the body’s temperature in an attempt to reduce virus numbers and help the body fight the infection. Antibiotics also may can cause sweating. Post viral illnesses may also cause sweating. Take rest, drink plenty of water, use tablet Evion LC twice a day for five days. If Symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
