Can Extra Medication Be Given To My Husband With Laser Treatment For Toenail Fungus?

My husband is on seizure meds. and has been on them following brain surgery some twenty years ago. He has dreadful toenail fungus and he wants to try a laser treatment. Whenever he's tried putting fungus medication on his toes he begins to feel as if a seizure is coming on. We are wondering if he can be given extra medication and or would he still be a candidate for the laser?

Nail laqcuer ie amrolipine to be applied once week until a healthy nail grows completely. If there is no response it is better to do surgical removal. It is better to avoid combined treatment with antepileptics
