Can Expired Medicine Have Any Side Effects?
Can I take Pyrantel Pamoate 144mg/mL that is expired by 2 years. Expiration date is 1/14. The brand is Reese s Pinworm Medicine. It is liquid form and separated, but need to shake well. Would I be better off just to get a perscription med for this treatment? Or can I just take this med that is expired? Wouldn t it just be weaker if past the expiration but will not hurt me? If being past the expiration just makes it weaker and less harmful to me, then wouldn t that be ok for me to take.
