Hi Kishore,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Masturbation is the sexual stimulation of one's own genitals for sexual arousal or sexual pleasure, usually to the point of orgasm.
Masturbation is a medically healthy and psychologically normal habit and it is considered as healthy part of sexual enjoyment.
Doing it regularly is not known to have any form adverse effect on health such as hormonal imbalance, altering the penis size, causing weakness, decreasing sexual ability or sexual performance and affecting fertility.
However, it needs to be spaced properly and performed in a clean environment.
It appears that your problem associated with getting proper erection and worrying about penis size is more of psychological problem than physical one.
You need to develop more confidence by practising behavioral therapy like 'pauze and squeeze' technique regularly along with pelvic floor exercises.
Also, take in your diet milk, papaya, almonds, dates, saffron and honey, which are known to improve blood supply to the penis and help in sustaining erection.
You can take Tablet. Tadalafil to get proper erection when necessary.
Control anxiety by practising meditation regularly.
You need not worry much about this problem as it would not affect your sexual life or fertility later in life. Gradually, you should gain confidence and overcome this problem.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
