Can Estrogen Patches Be Used Instead Of Escitalopram For Non Achievement Of Orgasm After Total Hysterectomy?
I am 58 years old, had a total hysterectomy in 1997 and currently on escitalopram 20 MG because I havent achieved an orgasm for over a year. I don t like how it makes me feel so never take it long enough for it to work. Is there an estrogen patch that would be safe for me? I also have mild hot flashes at night but don t sweat. I use ointment for vaginal dryness.

so how can u use it???

orgasm is natural process estrogen cant help it much
u have to know proper way of sexual intercourse to achieve orgasm
there are various methods u can try it
but no medication is helpful to achieve orgasm as natural
