Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query herei
I m male 58.
having bp for last 20 years.
with medicines it is maintained at 120/80
I go through regular medical checkup
I donot have any other ailments
my Stress tests are normal

I take Irbesaran150 mg twice a day
plus concor-AM 2.5 (bisoprolol+Amlodipine) once a day.

I have problem of ED
Can I take sildinafil or tadalafil ?

Thanks for query.
Your problem of EDis mainly due to effect of long standing hypertension,age related atherosclerosis,and low testosterone levels which is common with advancing age .

Taking Cialis in small doses (5 mg)daily and 10 -20 mg on the planned sexual activities will help you get good hard erection .

You can certainly try it .
