Can Epididymal Cyst Lead To Low Sperm Count?
I am 26 yrs. I have painless*** epididymal cyst on my right testical from last 9 years, recently i have gone through with ultra sound test (Doppler study)and report shows as --- Right epididymal - 19 * 17 .5 mm no obvious thickening of body and tail, normal vascularity on colour droppler epididymal cyst size 17* 14 mm Lift epididymal size - 12 * 10 mm No evidence of varicocele minimal right hydrocele i request your please let me know the treatment , and my main question is does it affect my sex life (can pain less epididymal cyst lead to infertility in future) or affect on my sperm counts. Epididymal cyst may lead to low sperm count because probably from the low testosterone which is a common problem with prolatinomas.
but There is nothing to worry and it will get absorbed with time. If the spermatocele gets larger or causes discomfort, a procedure to remove the spermatocele,
You should consult a good urologist for advice and get back on your meds when you can..
