Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having coccyxdynia. It is unlikely to be related to enlarged prostate. Treatment of it is hot sits bath. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is helpful in pain relief.Vitamin B and C is helpful in recovery. You need to get your MRI of area to investigate in details. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
